PayPal is always available as a payment method. During order checkout you will be redirected to Paypal where you will confirm the payment to Artista Artigiano.
Bank transfer
You can pay by bank transfer by contacting us via whatsapp or email. We will send you the IBAN directly in chat.
Shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the product ordered. To find out the cost of your shipping we recommend adding the products you like most to the cart, once added, if you have not already done so, click on the cart icon. Now the system will automatically calculate and show you your shipping costs.
Where is my package?
Like all the main online shops, we also offer you the possibility of tracking your package. To do this, contact us via our chat, our email or on our social networks. In order to send you the tracking of your shipment we need some information:
1 Name and surname with which the order was placed.
2 The order number that you can see in the confirmation email you received.
All our orders are shipped and managed via Bartolini Express Courier. If you still can't find the tracking for your shipment, it will take approximately 24 hours for the tracking to be active and available. For any type of problem we invite you to contact us via our communication channels, we will be at your disposal to resolve any problem.
The product I ordered is wrong or damaged. What can I do?
If you ordered a product and the wrong one arrived or it arrived broken, we will replace it. Contact us via chat, email or our social channels describing your problem. Remember that in order to receive assistance we need your order number that you received by email or the name and surname with which you placed the order.
